We are currently looking for a Manager, Operations & Reporting, who will play an important role in our dynamic team. Working closely with the VP Operations and Administration, the Manager, Operations & Reporting oversees our day-today activities (Reporting, Inventory Management and Distribution, Data Management, Accounting and Internal Processes) and is responsible for analyzing data to extract valuable insights and supporting the internal decision-making processes.

  

This is an ideal role for someone who has excellent analytical and communication skills, who can deliver results, lead by example and adapt quickly.​

At CandorVision your role will involve:

  • Oversee day-to day operations of the company and ensure a highly productive team in a positive work environment

  • ​Reporting:​

    • Monitor and analyze the trends and key performance indicators

    • Present sales and performance reports and actively participate in the quarterly and ad-hoc strategic meetings

    • Generate regular end-of-month reports to ensure accuracy of distribution records

  • Inventory Management: Plan and monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and implement inventory control measures to maintain optimal stock levels

  • Data management and CRM: Ensure the integrity, quality, and storage of data

  • Accounting: Oversee accounts receivable and booking processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collections

  • Operational Excellence: Own and drive operational excellence of the internal processes and procedures

  • Produce ad-hoc reports and provide support for the VP of Operations and Administration as needed

What kind of skill set do you need to be successful in this role?

  • At least 3 years of experience in leadership role.

  • Previous experience working in small teams is an asset.

  • Degree in Operations/Business or relevant field. Master's Degree / MBA is an asset.

  • Experience synthesizing information quickly, distilling key takeaways, and presenting insights to senior leadership.

  • Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines, while delivering exceptionally high-quality projects and results.

  • Ability to lead by example, coach, and develop employees to achieve professional and personal goals.

  • Collaborative mindset plus a willingness to roll up your sleeves and dig into the tactical alongside the strategic.

  • Highly self-motivated and driven to succeed in all aspects.

  • Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly in the fast-paced environment.

  • Impressive Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office skills.
