We are a Canadian owned and operated company dedicated to helping healthcare professionals provide exceptional care to their patients. We are currently seeking a strategic and dynamic Marketing Manager (M/F) to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, and enhancing customer engagement.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing, a knack for creativity, and a track record of delivering results. The successful candidate will possess effective communication and leadership abilities, and a demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to evolving market trends.

At CandorVision your role will involve:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to build brand awareness, acquisition and retention of retailing partners, and patient loyalty.

Campaign Management: Drive the creative process and lead the marketing team to execute integrated campaigns across various channels (B2B and B2B2C), including digital, social media, print, and events.

Team Management: Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

Communication: Understand and represent the audiences, both patient and health professional personas, to ensure that initiatives and messaging are accurate and impactful.

Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry developments and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.

Results Monitoring: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

What kind of skill set do you need to be successful in this role?

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field. MBA or Master's degree is an asset.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. Experience leading a marketing team is a definite asset.

Excellent communication skills. Bilingualism English & French.

Collaborative mindset plus a willingness to roll up your sleeves and dig into the tactical alongside the strategic.

Ability to create high-end, visually appealing designs that reflect good taste and sophistication.

Results oriented individual that takes ownership of responsibilities.

Previous experience working in a small team/company is an asset.

Demonstrated ability to manage different projects simultaneously and work as part of a team while able to work independently.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro is an asset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Experience in the cosmetics, healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
