CandorVision COVID-19 Response

Given the rapidly evolving situation surrounding COVID-19, we would like to update you on our actions and readiness to supply.


The safety of patients, eye health professionals, our business partners, and our team and all their families, is a top priority.


At the same time, CandorVision is implementing contingency measures to ensure continuity of supply and communications.


We are complying with government measures and even go beyond, where we see the necessity.


Applying strict hygiene regimens, offering remote working, temporarily suspending all external face-to-face meetings and cancellation of participation at CE-events/trade shows until further notice will reduce the risk of exposure and help curtail the spreading of COVID-19.

  1. CandorVision treatments continue to be available behind the counter at the usual major pharmacy chains and selected optometry clinics. What’s new: ALL our products can now be ordered by most independent pharmacies and smaller pharmacy groups via Canada’s largest wholesaler. Calling the pharmacy beforehand and requesting to have HYLO® or other treatments available for pickup (together with their other medications) can save patients an extra trip.

  2. If you have difficulty obtaining our HYLO® family of preservative free, phosphate free lubricants, OCUNOX® eye ointment, CALMO® Eye Spray, CALMO® Lid Care or NACLINO™ sterile lid wipes, please let us know preferably by email to info@candorvision.com indicating the name and location of the pharmacy, so we can contact the pharmacy and educate them on how to order from their wholesaler.


Working together with health professionals, we’re confident that we will get through these difficult times and can continue to help our patients with their eye health and well-being.
